H54 trip is finally drawing close and we have to make booking earliest possible. This will ensure the rooms availability from the preferred hotels and to avoid unforseen events that may jeopardise our reunion plans that was made a year ago.
I intend to book on the date of the biggest ever IPO in USA on 19 Sept 2014 by Alibaba; also a memorable date which in Chinese 2014-9-19 means: "爱你一生一世久又久“ ！
Those who has not confirmed participation kindly consider this happy first annual gathering in overseas with all your classmates surrounded by mountains and water! After all, just wonder how many times more we can afford to have such group fun in future as our health conditions start to decline or even deteriorate. Eat, drink, walk, run, play and laugh together lah !!
The booking will need advance payment. Tentatively, the package will be approximately CNY1500 (around 750 ringgit). I suggest that we collect CNY1500 per pax first. Any extras or deficits will then be calculated subsequently （多退少补）. Those who prefer to stay in one room with no sharing kindly indicate early for ease of hotel room arrangements.
