mesher test_flake8 fail

Hello Salvus folk:)

I re-installed everything (messed up MPI etc...) and I now get an error (test_flake8) when running the pymesher tests. See attached.

Hi Marta,

that sometimes happens when flake8 or a dependency thereof is updated it now does more checks. In any case - this particular test only asserts that the code style is according to some standard - this thus does not affect the output of the code and you can safely use it. We'll still fix it.
