segmentation faults when running tests

Hi Salvus,

When I run test after installation, several segmentation faults are shown. I have attached the screenshot.
What could be the cause of it?

Hi Zhenhua,

We usually see this issue when there are multiple conflicting installations of some libraries on the system (i.e. MPI, or HDF5). A good place to start is to run the salvus_doctor python script (python ./misc/salvus_doctor.py) — this might provide some useful information.
