Walt, Mike, Carol and Saquina,
Communication is critical at this point and even if it may not seem like everyone needs to be in the know.... everyone needs to be able to be abreast of day to day business even if it isn't part of their department. This will create an efficient work flow and establish best practices that help our bottom line. We're no longer toying with a "good idea" we can share when we see each other. We are commited and underway and must begin practicing the way we plan to play.
I suggest you create an email group and add all the above addresses to it to make it easy to CC us. Also, remember that if you are sending any salu business mail outside of the office to blind carbon copy the above addresses so that our corporate emails do not be visible in a TO: or CC: box and wind up on spam lists.
Walt - Ray and I are meeting up today and will get back to you on your email re: web strategy shortly.
Ray I'll be at the office by 9:30
Lets get this ball rolling at lightspeed and change the world!
Jonathan Freeman

(It's freakin' raining like cats and dogs here, so I have time to send these pesky ass emails....)
I want to make sure I'm clear (which really means you three "gentlemen" are clear and can communicate it to the distributor network) on the distributor website.
OK, as of the time I left yesterday,
Jonathan had mentioned that distributors would have a free webpage (1 page only) available just to capture information from leads. If that's the case, a person can have their free webpage that captures leads, place other SBO's in the organization, have volume coming through their downline, and NOT get paid commissions.
The obvious question is why would you give me a website to capture leads, then I contact them, have them become SBO's or retail customers and not get commissions?
Please let me know if that's correct and how we want to best communicate that throughout the distributorship
I understand all the business rationale of why someone who is serious about their business should have the full back office website. I also understand that it can be a significant revenue generator for the company.
