We are in the construction phase with Salu International, but what is the"Tao" of the company, that is, the moral values and ethics? I blogged this last night after our call: theprosperitydoctor.blogspot.com.
Here are some thoughts and my points for clarity for me to proceed with the opportunity.
First FYI:
According to Chinese Taoist philosophy and The Art of War business is war! The goal is to "Win Before You Fight". Art of War was written by Sun Tzu in the mist of a 500 year civil war. That quote means, in relationship to business we must know every part of the business plan, the mission, goals and objectives. For victory all strategies, systems, marketing, training and contingencies must be in place before we begin.
Preparation for any battle in business includes anticipating everything that could possibly happen after the launch (initial attack). We must know and have the ability to alter the course once we are out of the gate with a launch (the battle is under way). We must remain flexible, be able to make adjustments and change once we start (the fighting begins).
How? Each must tap into the Power within. We must "Know Thyself". We will encounter things that we didn't plan for. We must consider, timing, resources, Leadership and method. Things will occur including unexpected frictions within the ranks. We must resolve issues in the best of ways to prevent destruction from within. We are creating the Corporate Culture now.
How? Know what you can control and what you can not! Everything around you will change, what remains the same is You! Your inner truth, inner force, your integrity, vision, your will and resolve will lead you to victory, if you are guided by your Light within. Victory is in the mind, body, soul and emotions. The soul knows guided by your spirit or Light within. We will know when to go forward and when not!

Here are my points of clarity need from Salu International:
1) What are the policies, procedures, systems, strategies and Comp Plan in place?
How can we go forward without written documentation of every aspect of the company?
2) What's the "Tao" of the company, that is their intentions and the "Way" they intend to do Business?
What is going on with Jonathan needs to be resolved.
3) What are the company motives and values in setting up the corporate culture? That is, What is the corporation value system?
4) What is the relationship between the Officers, Marketing, Training and Capstone Ambassadors?
5) What are the company's plans and intentions short-term and long-term?
Will there be an element of surprise? Deception is an element of war you use on your enemy.
6) What is the "company's" state of mind, attitude, strengths, weakness and convictions that is driving this venture?
7) What resources do they have and what is our playing field to win this game?
8) Where is Salu In'l now, where are they going, what do they need to get there?
9) How do they intend to execute it?
10) Is this launch time schedule realistic timing?
We can not manipulate time we can only take advantage of it.
We have to know the details to create a "win-win-win" formula for The Company,
Capstones Ambassadors and Salu Distributors, who will entrust their faith, time
and money in our credibility and the Salu business opportunity.
