Hey there all you wonderful coop owners!

I just wanted to check in with everyone and see how the Tour went. I wasn't able to make it to all the coops which was disappointing, but I did realize how unrealistic my goal was once I was attempting it. It seemed like everything at the coops I had a chance to stop at was running really smoothly. It seemed like everyone was having fun, enjoying socializing, had a steady flow and didn't feel overwhelmed. But, I would love to get everyone's feedback.

How did each of you feel about the Tour? Did you like being on the Tour?

Would you be on the Tour again?

How did you feel about the number of people who came through? How many would you guess there were? Was it too much or not enough?

Those of you who had volunteers; were they necessary? Well utilized?

What would you like us to change or do differently next year?

What do you think we did well? What worked for you?

Then any other input that you have would be great to hear.

I hope you all had fun, enjoyed the day and the attention. You all have really great coops, we got really positive feedback from everyone on the tour. Thank you all for participating. We couldn't do the Tour without you.

Let me know if you have any other questions or comments.

Thanks Again!

I agree with Jonathan, I had people asking me which locations I thought they should narrow their visits down to, and a lot I hadn't been to before.  We would even be willing to let people come until 4:00pm if possible.  I know it makes for a long day, but we go to so much work and people are so excited and appreciative, I think it makes it worthwhile.

Thanks for letting us be part of the tour and for all of your hard work Carly, we couldn't do it without you and WCG!
