One of our residents Sarah Miller is an Photo Journalist Intern at
The Deseret News. She says that she would be more than happy to take
some photos of the Chicken Coop and get them to you over the next
couple of days. We just completed a big push to finish up our spring
planting this week. Now we are all redirecting our efforts to
tidying up, organizing and detailing the gardens, coop, yard, other
projects, etc currently and over the next week to be ready for the
"Tour de Coops" on Sat 26 June from 10am - 2pm. It is written in
HUGE writing on our dry erase task board and is now moved to the top
of the list. This email, which I am also sending to our Google Groups
Page, will also serve as a reminder to everyone and we will most
definitely be ready for you.
I added my Co-Manager Melanie Baldi's name and "Green Street Co-op and
Garden Gang" to your description. I am also sending your description
off to our residents and gardeners to see if they have any other edits
or suggestions. I will also drop you a phone call at the number below
this morning to let you know as well.
Now that we also have two full houses of excited and passionate
gardeners we will have no problem focusing on clean up over the next
week and it will be a cinch!!
We are all extremely proud of all our hard work and can't wait to be
showcasing it in the " Tour de Coops" next week!!!
see you all soon,
Babs and Mel
