Whales Tail

I've found the big reds at the whales tail area. The large seatrout near the west end of the haulover canal. I bought a 17' Mako boat with a 60 hp Mercury and added a 80 lb thrust minkota just to fish those areas. The boat requires only 22" of water to get on plane. I don't believe in harming the ego-system grass by plowing through it. I'm a very conservative 'Green' person. I hope to be added to your group and share stories and methods all about inshore fishing. I'm currently writing a post about the bull reds at Jacksonville.
