Web-based IRC Chat client

It will be great if on community site there will be a page with web-based preconfigured IRC chat, i think. Like it does for racket-lang site. It will allow more people to interact via IRC room, since it remove requirements on having IRC client.

You could see this approach in action on Racket site.

If you go to the community page and click on the "#salt on freenode"
link it will take you to the Freenode webchat with #salt pre-filled in
the form.
