Salt 3005 (Classic-style package) is available in EPEL9

Hello all,

Salt 3005 is available as a classic RPM install from the EPEL9 repos. This
package is community built and is not affiliated with Onedir/Tiamat. This
package was created for individuals with very strict site policies against
downloading python modules directly from pypi.
