How to make Salt-master configure service like IIS on remote AWS Windows server

I have installed my salt master on AWS ubuntu server and have made successful connection with salt-minion setup on remote AWS Windows server.

I want to see some examples on how to write a Salt formula to configure IIS on Windows server where it is not installed.

It would be great if I could see some examples on this.

Help needed, I am a student trying to learn Salt Stack.
