RabbitMQ - Adding an exchange/binding and queue via SaltStack state

G'Day all,
Am I correct in saying there is no support in SaltStack to add an exchange or a Binding or even a queue? Am I doing it the wrong way expecting this to be supported, does anyone do these tasks this way (custom code/module) or purely via the CLI/Web GUI?
