Saltpad v2 is now available

Hi everyone,

I've work on a brand new version of saltpad, rewritten in react for a revamped UI/UX and an easier deployment. It was driven by feedback on responsiveness, job launching experience and deployment issues.

The new version is now the default version (master branch https://github.com/tinyclues/saltpad), the old version is still available here for current user (https://github.com/tinyclues/saltpad/tree/saltpad_v1).

Please be advised that this version requires a develop version of salt-api, you can test with a develop salt-api version with the provided Vagrantfile in the vagrant directory.
