I am using salt-ssh.

I would like to have a GUI for calling salt-ssh and storing the results.

Required features:

 - Choosing a host and a sls-file (to call "salt-ssh foo-host state.sls some.thing")
 - execute the command
 - store the result
 - Search interface to see the last salt-ssh calls of a host.

Is there something like this available?

How do you do this?

rundeck seems to be a general purpose job management tool. Looks good.
What is your experience? Do you recommend it, and if "yes", then why?

Sorry for delay. Many years ago we've set it up to give devs ability to perform actions on production hosts - restarts, deploys. I quite liked it then for ability to limit who can see and do what based on LDAP groups, having templates, and history. With some inconveniences on setup side (strange config format to configure LDAP and permissions) it worked well.
