Since this list still works I thought I would ask if there is anyone
out there that is a Patriot Guard Member or wants to be a PGR member.
I think there are a few of you. (It's free!) In case you don't know
there is a mission this week in Kirksville for an active soldier KIA.
Details are pending.

For Farmers Day:

I am looking into getting a PGR booth for Farmers day as well as
having some PGR riders in the parade. Is there anyone that is
interested in this? I am willing to help out, but I will probably
have to be in the parade for the Knights of Columbus as our normal
"float" is busy with another duty that day.

I am willing to stand at the "booth" and help out and try to get
things organized. I have to try to get ahold of Thad today and see
what we would need to do.

I wanted to share with the public what the PGR does and how they can
help out.

Also Farmers Day this year fall on Sept 11th. (9-11) I think we all
know what an important date that is and how we can use that memory for
positive action.

Thanks!

Rex sorry I'm scheduled to be out of town that weekend (farmers day) for family obligations

A good friend will come and bail you out of jail,,,
but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying,
               "Damn,,, that was fun!"

That's ok.

I now have the supplies for the PGR booth and will have it setup somewhere for Farmers Day.  Hope some others might be able to help out.  Basically there are just little handouts with info on them.

The PGR will be leaving Monroe City tomorrow at around 6:30 AM and I plan on being near the overpass when they come through Shelbina in the AM.  I have a banner and some flags you can hold if you show up.  I may just take the flags and stake them all out on the off ramp to Hwy 15.
