Release Candidate 3006.0rc1 Available

As we near the release of Sulfur and what will be Salt's major release version 3006, a release candidate is available! Please help us test before the GA release.

Users can install via PyPI, packages, or use the Docker containers.

Please note: we do support differing versions between master and minions, but as always it is recommended to upgrade your master first.
