Our team's group name is officially: "Culture Beat: CLA-V Edition"
dance team.

Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication here are all
the details about our first practice performance as a dance team, let
me know if I miss anything:

What:
Student Activities & Events at the University of Houston Downtown is
having this event in their celebration of Hispanic heritage month.
Dance Lesson, Dance Shows and Social Dancing. There is no entrance fee
it is open to the public. We will be performing for students, staff
and faculty who decide to attend the event, bring your own guest :) It
is open to everyone so the more the better. This will be like a
"Social" and the event is called:
Salsa
and Bachata Night

When: Thursday September 23rd, 2010. 6:30pm - 11:00pm

Where: University of houston Downtown: One Main StreetHouston, Texas
77002
A300 (Academic Bldg) Special Events Room

Parking: Free parking at the visitor pass after 7:00pm otherwise bring
some quarters for the meters.

Benefit: $200 dlls for the dance team funds (going towards future
costume expences)

Costumes: Black pants and shirt for men, ladies black dresses (team
perf) and black and white for the Aguanile routine. Looking
Profesional cute and handsome. :)

7pm to 7:30pm—Round 1 of Complimentary Salsa (Claudia & Louis) and
Bachata Lessons (Nataly & Bernardo)
7:30pm to 8pm– Round 2 of Complimentary Salsa (Anthony & Partner) and
Bachata Lessons (Claudia & Louis)
*Besides the instructors listed above all the rest of the member will
have to assit at the dance lesson.

8pm-8:30pm—Professional Salsa and Bachata Dance Performances

This is social dancing please stay to dance with all the attendess. :)

*Complimentary food will be served, alcoholic beverages will be sold,
and DJ Ron-E will be on the turntables.
