This documentary unwinds the complexity of many traditional and
cultural movements in Cuba. The creative adoption of symmetries and
asymmetries in rhythms and moves are inimitable and are based on a
framework of rules, which have developed through history. All cultural
assets are transmitted visually and evolve incredibly fast, whereas
the film freezes a step of evolution for history. The traditions are
carried on through the generations, and it is shown how they evolve
and how they are conserved.
