Hi all,
Just checking in to make sure we are getting set for parent night on Thursday. Ms. Ramirez graciously volunteered to print name signs for us - please let me know if you need a list of names. I saw there was a list in our boxes as of last night, if you need more info, please let me or Tony Terry know ASAP, and we'll get it to you.
On the food end - our other Ms. Ramirez had mentioned that the cooking class or club could provide us with some light snacks for our parents. Please let me know if this is still possible, and what you need from me. There is funding available. If this is not possible, let me know ASAP, so I can make some other arrangements.
In regard to the powerpoint, I'm not sure if it is going to be possible now that I start to examine the logistics. I am having trouble compiling the equipment - and I kinda need my laptop for my grades and conferences. If anyone has any inspiration, let me know. If not, I think I'll scrap the idea for now and we'll plan better for next semester's conferences.
Other than that, anyone out there with any concerns, let me know. I'm forming a team of student volunteers to meet me in the cafeteria at 4pm on Thursday to set up. Teachers are not just welcome, but cordially invited to help me ;) I will also need help breaking down and cleaning up, so anyone who can spare a few minutes after 7pm are greatly needed as well.

Hi Jen,
I have a HUGE bottle of Salsa (how appropriate) and chips that I want to donate for Thursday.... and I am more than willing to help...
