Has anyone had this error?

When I open the .dat output file it says:

Error - the input DAT file could not be opened.
lsasolver is terminating with code 7: The input file //rms-dc01/Folder Redirection/kevinl/Documents/SALSA/EXAMPLE01.dat could not be opened.

Hi,

I apologize for not seeing your message earlier. Regarding the error you were seeing, that file path starting with "//" looks odd to me. I wonder if rms-dc01 is a file server, in which case the windows path might look like "\\rms-dc01\etc\etc" and I wonder if the backslashes are being mishandled in SALSA. If you have the ability to map a network drive (or just move the content to a location C:\whatever) I suspect the error will go away. Please do let us know. If SALSA isn't handling network paths on windows that's something we should fix. Thanks!
