We have some great events coming up.

Wednesday, May 16 – Salmon Local Foods Group meeting from 4-5:30 p.m. and then the Backyard Ag Workshop: Greenhouse Basics, 6 -8 p.m., taught by Willie Mundy and Tawna Skinner. Both are at the Sacajawea Center, and cost for the workshop is $10. You can register at the door and scholarships are available.

Wednesday, May 23 – Join Salmon Valley Stewardship and Lemhi Regional Land Trust upstairs at the Odd Fellows Hall for a noon brown bag luncheon. We’ll provide treats and drinks and a quick update about our organizations and our fun summer opportunities to get involved. Bring your lunch, and bring your questions for this informal affair.

Saturday, June 2 – Opening Day of the Lemhi County Farmers Market, 9 – 1 @ Town Square Park

Wednesday, June 6 – An Introduction to Artisanal Cheesemaking

with Jo Myers, 6-8 p.m. at The Kitchen, 710 Union Avenue. Cost for the workshop is $10.
