Yes, SALMON can perform pump-probe simulations.

You can define a pump and probe pulses.

for the detail.

 

A typical procedure is:

1. Running a simulation with the pump pulse only
2. Running a second simulation with pump and probe pulses
3. Subtracting results (1) from (2) to isolate the probe induced response
