I apologize for the delayed response regarding the email issue.

Based on the error message you provided, it seems that the SALMON
build script is unable to detect the "include" directory in the
installation path of LibXC. To better understand the situation, could
you please provide the following information?

1) The version of the LibXC library you are installing

2) How LibXC was obtained (e.g., pre-installed via a system package
manager like apt, yum, or brew, or built manually)

3) If built manually, the compiler (intel, gnu, etc...) you used for the build

(4) The compiler you are using for compiling SALMON.
