Trails Action Plan working meeting 12/11 3-5 pm

Happy December!

It's been my goal to get the Trails Action Plan updated this year, and at our last meeting we discussed how valuable the Plan is for grant applications. So with that, I want to offer a working meeting at Highlander on Wednesday December 11th from 3-5 pm. Come for the whole time or whatever time you can. SVS can probably cover some snacks (nachos? cheesy bread?) but you can buy your own drinks. I know this time might not work for everyone, but I wanted to offer an afternoon opportunity since many folks have things going on in the evenings or don't want to be out and about in the dark!

To prepare: 

• Review the existing plan from 2017
• Review and brainstorm more accomplishments to add to the attached 2024 update list (this will be a new section added into the Plan)
• Brainstorm actionable items you'd like to see the Group work on in the immediate future (1-2 years); near term (2-5 years); mid-term (5-10 years); and long-term (10-20 years) as well as some specific implementation strategies - an update to pages 18-20
• See if you have any awesome trails photos you'd like to share to include in the future updated plan ;) 

Feel free to let me know if you plan on coming, and if you can't make it, send me your thoughts via email or set up a time to come chat with me at SVS! No concrete decisions will be made on the Plan at this meeting, but I'd like to get a draft updated plan together for folks to review by the end of the year.
