Hi everyone!
There will be a Trails Open House at Highlander from 7-9 pm on Friday April 28th. This will be a drop-in event so swing by whenever. I envision this as an opportunity to engage more and new trail lovers to join us in trail maintenance projects & generate excitement for upcoming trails events and activities.
We can have info such as a volunteer sign-up; SIMBA promotion; Highway 93 South Trail "Friends of the Pathway" program; Leave No Trace promo; August's Continental Trail Divide Coalition trail projects
Steve also had lots of Salmon-Challis Trails t-shirts I was thinking we could have available for donation. Donations would go towards purchasing more t-shirts in the future!
Other ideas or opportunities we should promote at this event? Send ideas my way! And if you're on Facebook please share out the event (posted to SVS's page)
In the meantime, hope you're planning on attending the Earth Day trail work day on Saturday!
