about the international youth convention in Ukraine ,I just wanted to
tell you that Kosovo can not participate because Ukraine didn't
recognize our independence.

Hello Lena,

Are you saying that because you got a negative answer from the Convention, that you cannot participate because you are from Kosovo?

I am saying this because I have been with Kosovo participants in TCs, one of them even in Serbia, from my organization here, and there was no problem at all for them to come.

Unless it's a very official convention, it's really strange situation.

Hello Tiago,

About participating in Serbia it might be different because our
countries are near and i think people who come from Kosovo can get a
permission or something to come to Serbia but for Ukraine i don't
think it will be the same....They didn't accept even our passport (for
example Greece haven't recognized our independence but they accept our
passports), which i don't think it applies to Ukraine...

So, if I understand correctly, if Ukraine don't accept your passport it means that no person with a kosovo passport can enter Ukraine, ie, it's impossible for some kosovar to enter Ukraine?

My idea was that even the countries that don't recognize independence would allow passports anyway, like Greece does.

That sucks.
