Death : Dr Leo Pinto from Cotula Saligao expired in Canada on 09th August 2012 Husband of Edna Father of Shawn and Shimona ,
Son of late Mr Milagrin Pinto and Late Mrs Annie Pinto Brother of Sr.Jane , Hilda and Tony Pinto.
May his soul RIP

Our condolences to the family (immediate & extended) on the demise of Leo. We pray for the repose of his soul & may God grant him eternal rest.
Was shocked to hear the sad news as a week before we heard from Patricia (Vaz Family) that they all met Leo in Toronto where he attended a wedding. Leo was also sad on hearing from them about the demise of Sr. Livinia Diniz. May their souls rest in peace.
Since we dont have the relevant email addresses, we hope that Sr. Jane, Hilda, & Tony will accept this message of sympathy as I have known the Pinto family over a large period of time especially their late mum & uncle. Luwell also mentioned that he is related from his mum's side...as we all know, most families in Saligao are inter-related.
In same context, we have known the D'Cruz family well over the years - Edna, Fernand, Lisette, Chiquito, Yvette (am getting old now so I might have missed out on some or got the names wrong ....). Our heartfelt sympathy!

Dear All,
Our deep heartfelt condolences to Edna, Shawn and Shimon a, as also the entire extended family on the very sad and untimely demise of our dear Leo. It was indeed a great shock to me as we have been closely associated from our bachelor days in sports and all other social activities. He has sure left a mark on us and shall be missed immensely. May his soul RIP, and may the Almighty give his near and dear ones the strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss.

yes Annette we are related and Tony my brother told me that Luwel is Jessies baby brother. I remember him as a liitle boy. As young children we used to walk to Dovaddo to visit his grandmother and mother and the family.
