Hello friends,
We are still incurring some issues with Salesforce making changes to our contact information without being prompted by a person to do so. Salesforce is changing the birthdates automatically for contacts which in turn is affecting our volunteer numbers making our monthly reporting a tad more difficult and inaccurate.
I don’t know who to connect with to help resolve this issue. Can you provide some guidance on how we can go about getting this fixed?
