rest resource urlmapping case insensitive

REST call to:
I have build a restresource and client is expecting the url should not be case sensitive... I've tried from workbench and it does not work If I change the lowercase url to upper case... 

for eg:
/services/apexrest/cms/v1/sample/returnsample/home-page/usa/es

should behave the same as

/services/apexrest/cms/v1/saMple/returNsample/home-page/usa/ES or /services/apexrest/cms/v1/sample/returnsample/hOme-pAGe/uSa/eS

How can we achieve this? Is this possible?

I definitely belive that this cannot be handled on Salesforce end.

When the client is making a request ask them to convert the url to lower case.
