I think it is better to say that we should get 3 weeks ago for the shipment.
Considering that we are at Host and then back ,I can assume 3 weeks ago is the correct lead time

I am reaching out again because we are facing a very unpleasant situation. 

Not only does this delay contradict the commitment we made to our client, but the lack of information also affects our company’s image.


Before providing a delivery estimate to our client, Therme, we checked with you the information. In your email from October 14th, you confirmed that the  Tone Touch 4 unit was in stock and that the delivery time would be 3 weeks.

 We placed the order on October 23rd, but since then we have been unable to understand what is happening with the product or whether the initial promise is still valid.

Could you please urgently confirm whether this product is in stock and whether we can expect to receive the order we placed? 

This is a critical situation, and our clients contact us weekly asking for updates. At this moment, I do not know what position to take in my communication with them.

I understand the internal changes your company is going through, but we would really appreciate a clear and firm answer regarding our order.

First of all , I would like to share some good news : the machine will be shipped on Monday .

I have just spoken with my colleague in Germany, who confirmed that the shipment is scheduled for Monday.


I’m sorry for the unclear answers so far,  as you know this has been a complex situation .
It was not entirely clear for me either. And I did everything possible to secure the machine for you .

We are in the middle of an internal stock reorganisation, and all remaining units will be transferred to Latte Art Factory from Switzerland by teh end of this week.

Next week I will be in Germany for meeting with my colleagues , and I will come back to you with further updates and any additional info you may need.
