Hi Ciro,

 

The students should give the play vouchers to any donor who makes a personal donation over $30 (at least). You should set some minimum in your team (either $30 or higher) to give the vouchers to.

 

Once the student gives the donor a voucher, the donor then makes arrangements by calling the box office to secure tickets for the play on the night they choose.

 

Please note that you do not have to give them out if your team does not want to. It's simply meant to be a thank you for the donor.
