JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership across Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise healthcare integrations. This individual will lead design and development efforts, mentor engineers, drive solution architecture decisions, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions supporting critical healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and support of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions utilizing Email Studio and Mobile Studio
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise healthcare platforms
- Drive technical architecture discussions and establish development best practices
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Review technical designs, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams
- Support event-driven integration architectures and data synchronization strategies
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development and engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience with Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and CRM integrations
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and integration patterns
- Experience with Apigee, SwaggerHub, Splunk, and Lucidchart
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare or pharmaceutical environments
- Experience integrating with pharmacy management systems
- Patient Connect managed package experience
- Hub services experience
- Salesforce certifications preferred
Experience with enterprise-scale cloud implementations
