Important Notes

• Candidate must not have previously been submitted to Morgan Stanley/Synechron.
• LinkedIn profile should be active and created in 2020 or earlier.
• Strong communication skills are mandatory.

 Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python Development
• Strong experience with React.js
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with databases, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

 Domain Experience (Highly Preferred)

• Investment Banking / Financial Services domain experience
• Candidates with prior experience at Goldman Sachs are top priority.
• Experience working with trading, banking, capital markets, or wealth management platforms is highly preferred.

 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support
• Deliver high-quality, secure, and performant enterprise solutions

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-level banking applications
• Exposure to cloud technologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong ownership and communication abilities
