Role : Jr Business Analyst 

Location: Remote

Payrate: $45/hr C2C Mximum

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business processes, functions, and requirements.

• 2+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including writing user stories and managing a well-prioritized product backlog.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively collaborating with stakeholders and cross functional teams.

• Experience creating detailed requirements documentation for complex projects, including BRDs, FRDs, and process workflows.

Preferred Experience

• Documented business requirements for government modernization projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational needs.

• Identified and documented business processes from legacy systems, supporting system migration and transformation initiatives.

• Possess or working toward Business Analysis certifications such as PMI-PBA or CBAP.

• Performed quality assurance (QA) testing, including validating application functionality and ensuring requirements traceability.

• Developed operating procedures, user guides, and training materials to support end-users and system adoption.

• Created wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma to visualize requirements and enhance stakeholder communication
