Position is part of the DevOps team with a strong focus on AI-driven engineering solutions and Agentic AI development.

• The role involves building AI Agents for SDLC automation and improving development team productivity across the engineering portfolio.
• Primary development work will be in Python, specifically focused on AI Agent development and orchestration.
• Candidates should have experience developing AI/Agentic workflows from scratch; frameworks and tooling will be introduced later as the platform evolves.
• These AI agents will eventually be leveraged by broader development teams for automation and SDLC-related use cases.
• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and software development processes is required.
• No Java coding is required for this role.
• The candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Required experience includes:
• 2+ years of AI / Generative AI / Agentic AI experience
• 5+ years of overall software development experience

Candidates with strong enterprise-level project experience are highly preferred.

Must Have Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong Python and or/Java skills, including at least 1 year of experience building AI agent systems from a programming perspective. Good understanding of AWS networking is good to have.  

Description – 

As a Software Engineer Sr (Gen AI), your role is pivotal in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions for a development environment. You will have the opportunity to develop scalable applications that integrate sophisticated AI models, directly influencing how businesses operate and succeed. 

Your expertise in Python-based microservices will be crucial in creating robust quality-controlled frameworks for Gen AI solutions that will help with Governance Approvals. By collaborating with Gen AI experts, development teams and other cross-functional teams, you will drive the implementation of enterprise-grade Gen AI solutions, ensuring they meet the standards of

performance and reliability.

 

Additional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI solutions, including experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, etc.)

• 2+ year building RAG systems using vector DBs

• 1+ year with agentic frameworks (Lang Graph, Lang Chain, etc.)

• 5+ years in cloud development leveraging AWS, REST, microservices

• Strong Python, Typescript, and Java experience

• Background in ML Ops and CI/CD

• Experience building enterprise or customer-facing GenAI products

• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.

• Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies
