Job Description:

Senior Data Engineer – Snowflake / Python / SQL

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and ETL/ELT development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Expertise in SQL development, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, views, and data modeling.
• Strong programming experience in Python for data processing, automation, and data transformation.
• Experience designing and developing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience SQL, Python.
• Experience working with AWS services such as S3 and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts including
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines using Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT solutions for ingesting and transforming large datasets.
• Perform data analysis, data profiling, and data quality validation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to understand requirements.
• Implement data warehouse solutions and support data migration initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data processing jobs and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document technical designs, mappings, and data lineage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for performance, scalability, and reliability.
