Job Description
The Offshore IT Recruiter will be
responsible for efficiently fulfilling high volume and niche technology roles,
leveraging creative recruiting tactics, and maintaining strong relationships
with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires exceptional
verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and a solid
understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to efficiently fulfil both
high volume and niche technology roles
- A customer service focus, with the ability to
influence and build strong internal and external relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills, with fluency in English
- Very good sourcing skills, with a sound
understanding of Boolean searches, LinkedIn & creative recruiting
tactics
- Experience in working on job portals such as
Dice, Monster etc.
- Ability to leverage data to continuously
improve recruiting practices
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to
detail
- Expertise in the entire recruitment
life-cycle for Permanent positions
- Good Negotiation and Closing skills with
strong emphasis on Candidate & Client Relationship Management
- Write specific client job descriptions;
prepare candidate profile specification; place recruitment advertisements
in applicable portals for response
- Focus on optimization of Resource utilization
and make a good match of skill, role, organization needs and employee
aspirations
- Experience in selection and recruitment
across functions in Information technology
- Experience in handling multi-location bulk
recruitment events including walk-ins
- Solid experience working on W2, C2C, C2H and
1099 basis on daily requirements
- Take care of the bench sales of H1B, OPT-EAD,
GC-EAD, and Citizens
- Screen candidates based on their resume and
place them with appropriate clients

Preferred Skills: Experience with
W2 basis requirements of Embedded Engineer, Controls Engineer, Validation
Engineer, HIL Engineer, Test Engineer, Firmware Engineer, Knowledge of
selection and recruitment across functions in Information technology, Handling
multi-location bulk recruitment events including walk-ins, Experience working
on W2, C2C, C2H and 1099 basis on daily requirements
