Description of Assignment:
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead / Banking
Consultant with experience in the banking/financial services domain and Java
Full Stack expertise. The role involves leading end-to-end development,
designing scalable solutions, and working closely with business and technology
stakeholders in a consulting environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of end-to-end full stack applications
- Drive integration and API strategies across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders in a client-facing consulting role
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
- Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
Domain Experience:
- Must have strong experience in Banking / Financial Services (Payments, Lending, Retail Banking)
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience with Java Full Stack development
- Strong backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices
- Frontend experience with Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Hands-on experience in REST APIs and API integrations
- Experience with Apache Camel, ESB, and messaging systems (Kafka/ActiveMQ/JMS)
- Good understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
- Experience with SOAP/REST services, XML (XSLT/JAXB), JSON, and flat files
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
