Job Descriptions:

As an IT Analyst you'll participate in the review of current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identifies constraints, or opportunities that could inhibit or accelerate the business and technology strategy. you'll be responsible to develop artifacts (documents, dashboards, process flows, code reviews) that accurately describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics as well as capturing opportunities to simplify our processes while also improving KRI/KPI or operational metrics. Additionally, as the IT Analyst, you'll facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and Business subject matter experts to capture relevant insights while also reviewing the artifacts you produce to validate the completeness and accuracy of the content. This role would also be responsible for the capture and upkeep of KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics, as necessary.
