Looking for roommates in Beaverton

Alright let's make an official announcement here:

As I said before, my Grandpa will be moving out soon, so after a deal with my uncle, I can keep this house if I want, so in order to cover rent, I am looking for at least 2 roommates who would like to move in here.

Of those of you who haven't been in my place, my house is in Aloha (technically southwest Beaverton), its a 1 story 4 bedroom house, big backyard and enough place to park cars for party! Yay! Rent for the whole place is $1200 a month plus utilities (except garbage since I can take it with me to work and dump it in a jobsite). Pets are welcome, however have in mind I have Charlie here already. The second floor over the garage is part of a duplex rented separately, just so you know.

Services around here are pretty close: Postal Service Office, Walgreen's, Safeway, Fred Meyer, US Bank, Chase, Shell, 76, Chevron, Regal cinemas, several food places: burgers, sammiches, sushi, bbq, asian, 3 7-Elevens close by... lot's of stuff around the area!

I only need a requirement: pay rent in time. Other than that, house is free for almost all. I am looking for people to move in real soon, not sure exactly for how long but we can work out something.
