Just as importantly, though, this textured liner works to efficiently pull moisture away from the layers worn underneath. And, as a result, your torso remains dry and warm from the inside out.
The Softshell Vest was also made to provide maximum freedom of mo vement while riding. Its anatomical fit was made possible using pre-shaped fabric panels that closely follow the body while in motion. When sewn together, these panels form something of a three-dimensional shape on their own, mimicking the body before even reaching your torso. The result is a vest that eliminates all unnecessary material, leading to the best fit possible.
De Marchi also spent considerable time focusing on the vest's finishing details. You'll notice that it features a tall collar and subtle drop-tail hem, both of which work to provide added coverage from the elements. A small chest pocket and full-length zipper round out the front, and two side-zip-access pockets line the rear.
