Sr. Associate

·      C++ programming. Should be comfortable with pointers, data structures and OOPs. Exposure to STL, Rogue Wave, Boost etc is desirable.

·      Understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous concepts. Experience working with complex frameworks and distributed environments.

·      Preferably should be Unix/Linux leaning but candidates from a Windows background who have worked on complex server side application code are also welcome. You should be aware of operating systems internals

Familiarity with full life-cycle software development in a team environment.

 

Core Java

Sr. Associate

Mumbai

·      Core Java: in-depth understanding of multi-threading, data structures etc.

·      Experience in developing enterprise-scale n-tier applications, and working with complex frameworks & distributed environments.

·      Agile exposure, TDD/BDD, CI/Jenkins

·      SQL / databases experience with RDBMS

·      Experience in sales and trading platforms or middle office trade processing systems in any of the asset classes - Equities / FX / Fixed Income or Derivatives domain is GOOD to HAVE

·      Scala / Functional Programming - GOOD to HAVE

Scripting languages like Python / Perl - GOOD to HAVE

 

WPF

Sr. Associate

·      WPF/C# 4.5 with emphasis on user experience and multi-threaded real-time GUI development

·      Familiarity with RX, IOC container, distributed development.

Experience in sales and trading platforms or middle office trade processing systems in any of the asset classes - Equities / FX / Fixed Income or Derivatives domain is GOOD to HAVE

 

PM

Sr. Associate/Manager

Mumbai

 

·      At least 7 years (relevant) experience in delivering high quality software and 2+ years of PMO experience.

·      2+ years’ experience working within a Global (time zone separated) team

·      Skills to create project plans to organize and manage project/program work streams; work with stakeholders to identify and track project milestones and deliverables

·      Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution

·      Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile, Waterfall)

·      Excellent presentations skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group

Experience in expense modeling (e.g. budgets, financial management and forecasting)
