Memory leak in Sal

Recently I've been having some issues with Sal overflowing and taking up all of the docker host memory. Anywhere between 800mb to 1.3gb used by the sal container specifically.

I have this repeated in logs and I assume it's a db conflict with the last Sal update.

Do I need a fresh db at this point?

This is a duplicate of issue #90'n GitHub. It's not a memory leaks, it's just the logs filling up. This can be mitigated by improving database performance usually. I haven't really seen this with my install running on RDS with decent specs.
