sal-ldap and sal-activedirectory need new owners

sal-ldap and sal-activedirectory haven't been updated for years and probably do not work anymore. I will be archiving them on October 31st 2020 unless a new maintainer steps forward. I personally do not use either of them, so cannot invest any time in code I suspect no one uses.

If you use either sal-ldap or sal-activedirectory, now is your time to contribute back to the software you use!
