Please read the invitation letter below, required for inviting the panelist or even people to hold a seminar. Please suggest, correct or edit or whatever and keep everyone in the loop. 

Dear Mr./ Ms./Dr./Prof. ,

We are writing to invite you to participate in a panel discussion<<seminar>> on "Good practices and effective institutions to bridge education, training and decent work".This event is a part of Skill Development program in association with Youth for Policy and Dialogue for the students of NMIMS university called SAKSHAM, organized by the like minded students of Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering .

The goal of this session is to illustrate what skill development is and the burning policy issues related to the same in context of the Youth in India. The "Saksham" panel will feature academician's, researchers,  dignitaries from ministry for Youth affairs , students etc. who are currently working around similar lines and/or mobilizing college students.
