1. As a matter of respect to each other, please reply to the threads.
2. Outreach: Why hasn't the work started. If it has, what is the status?
3. Creative: I have had some nice inputs from you. Let us wait for the final designs to come in.

If you think that someone is not working, or if some question is to be answered, POST IT on the group. Don't let it go stagnant.
Understand that we are here in this group for a reason which IS NOT "creating differences" but is "Making Saksham happen". So any necessary and legitimate communication with however hard a truth is more of a duty and responsibility for you guys.
Pull each others' legs, mention names, nag, GET THE WORK DONE!
Let us be frank and take things frankly.
We will work together happily, or we shall NOT WORK AT ALL.
Let me know what you have to say to it.

We need to decide on the dates of the event so that creative team can start the designing work plus everyone come up with a designation which can be written on your business cards.
