Good Changes

Dear Team

Our work has been really appreciated at YPD given the rate at which we have worked so fast. Special thanks to Team Outreach and Team Creative.

Some info. and changes:
1. I will be speaking with Bhanu as and when time allows today. Will discuss on the detailed part of it during Concall we are suppposed to have today: 07:00 PM. Will contact Logistics if any changes are there, as I am leaving for home today in the evening.

2. Srishti has been really great in helping us with the contact details of the potential invitees and some more information. Will mail the same to Outreach as soon as the Lappy issue gets solved. Outreach, start gathering data on the following:
              - Type of Skill offered.
              - Potential speakers for the convention.
              - Come up with possible dates for the event. Rem: It has to be a one-day event.

3. As Srishti pointed out, we could have some more creative stuff to do rather than just a plain panel discussion. I had earlier suggested that we could go ahead with "Open Talks" ( something like Barkha Dutt's show <I_DNT_REM_THE_NAME>". Creative Team to immediately get their minds running as to what all can be done, put it on an Excel and send across to the team.

4. We have to sit down on Monday for a detailed discussion for the event in which all the things will be fixated. This, however does not mean that we cannot make changes later. Project Manager to decide the timing, venue and agenda etc. and send across to the team. Following the discussion, team Outreach to estimate the number of people we shall need.

5. Best News Last! We have the approval from the college. We are supposed to select a faculty mentor. Also, we need to go to Dr. Modh with the detailed plan along with the faculty mentor, after which interviews would be taken and a team would be selected. Guys, this is clearly something much bigger than we had anticipated. Let's make the best of it and Skill ourselves for the industry work.

Dear all, For the creative part we can do a role play if possible, stating the difference between the state of skilled and unskillled employees in the industry. Also the movie which we willl be making can be made as a documentary.
