Kindly take a note of the following:
SIMPLE HOUSEKEEPING RULES
1. As a sign of respect, PLEASE reply back with an acknowledgement whenever you read a mail. We have had various instances of teams asking for suggestions, with 2-3 replying back. Please let us know if you have alternate plans other than staying in the group; no hard feelings.
2. Everyone has to take an initiative and I suggest every team sending some update mails,may be once a week or so.
3. You can absolutely miss meetings - IT IS NOT AN OFFICE - and this precisely we have the prompt MoMs by Outreach. But please, do not misuse this priviledge.
THE WORK:
1. The logo is in a rejig mode. We are expecting a new one in a few days. (Creative team to follow up on this).
2. Outreach - GO AHEAD and start CALLING people and getting resources. Let us talk about what we will need in the coming days and how to keep a track of it.
3. Logistics: Let us try to keep a small seminar on Skills Development before the Winter Break. For this, we will need to talk to the College Management. Arrange for a meeting.
4. Everyone: Start looking into the literature of Skills Development and identify you niche area. We are planning to create focus groups of which you wil the leaders. Each focus group will have a strong stance in the panel discussion that will follow in February.
