Final Working Day for the week

Dear All
As we had discussed, tomorrow shall be the final official working day for us this week. We shall thereafter resume work on Novermber 11, 2012.
So, the deliverables/tasks for tomorrow are as follows:
1. Outreach: Get the Information leaflet ready.
Contact Dasika Mam, Prasad Sir, Seshadri Sir, Sudeshna Mam etc. - WHOEVER POSSIBLE and get their expression of interest.
Get the contact details of the teachers such as Name | Dept | Interest Area | Email_ID | Phone Number
2. Creative: 'Icon' Logo to be ready
Creative ideas to be documented tomorrow - just the basic ideas. These will be given a gestation period of a week and taken up after the sessionals are over.
A nice jingle for the event - just the discussion of what all inspirations the jingle should have. Gestation Period: 1 week.
Movie - a possible name, storyline, idea, filming locations, resources etc.
Open Air Discussion: We'll need cameras, anchor(s), topics. interested students.
Flyers: We need to create a suspense in the students about the event. So, let's try to be ready with a nice teaser for the event by tomorrow. By teaser, I mean just an eye catcher that positions the name of the event in the minds with probably just the contact details or something. We could finalise this tomorrow.
3. Logistics: Head - Ujjwal to collect, store and record the Rs. 50/- contribution by each member tomorrow. Please let me know if this is not agreaable by anyone of you.
4. Try getting your laptops tomorrow. Request Aslesha to get the charger. :P
