Helpdesk assistants struggling for their continuation at taluk offices, presently in our district 4 persons are working as helpdesk assistants.
their contract is such that they have to run helpdesks based on online services applications by collecting fixed amount of fee. but the problem is current online services are not friendly in nature. many times face server issues. fee is also high compared to dept. fee. every document need to scan. which is increasing amount of fees. payment problems making them lack of business.
so they are asking for make helpdesk permanent at taluk office with monthly remuneration. please look in to this request

I am Veerayya Manakattimath working as a Sakala Helpdesk Operator in Shiggaon Tahsildar Office of Haveri District. We all Sakala Helpdesk Operators serving people since November 2013. In starting 6 months we got 10000/- per month as salary after that as per MOU we got instructed to start own business of recieving online applications of Revenue Department in Tahsildar office , but due to extra charges of scanning documents and printing charges of online applications we are getting very less applications.Now we are not getting any income or salary. So I request to appoint all Helpdesk Operators as permanant employees and continue our salaries.
